These ‘waterdrop’ Cyanotypes are created using just that. A digital capture of objects using an iPad with a single drop of water over the lens brings the resulting focus to about one inch from the camera. These objects reveal themselves to be both familiar and unrecognizable. Printed onto several colors of acid free French Paper Company cover papers the editions are variable and prints are both toned and un-toned using a variety and combination of teas.
